Recursive axial forming
Due to globalisation there were considerable changes in the manufacturing chain in the automotive industry. The increasing number of production sites of both OEMs and suppliers leads to problems between the functional interfaces, the demands on accuracy increase more and more. In the drive train the interfaces are mostly the torque transmitting geometries realized by splines.
