1973

Constantly growing company expansion requires the construction of a new factory in Königsbach-Stein.

1988

Felss Rotaform GmbH is founded in Königsbach-Stein as a new member of the Felss Group.

1993

Rotary swaging gets company: The first fully automated multi-level press transfer system for expanding and drawing pipes is shipped. This new product line axial modes is lifted out of the baptism.

1999

Establishment of Felss Rotaform LLC in Wisconsin/USA, enriching the Felss Group as the first international member outside Europe.

2005: Felss celebrates the company’s 100 year anniversary.

The internationalization of the Felss Group progresses. Felss Rotaform Precision Components (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. is founded in Wujiang/China.

The branding process which started a year ago, is completed. All companies affiliated with the group now trade under the umbrella brand Felss. The common claim “Shortcut Technologies” stands for the success stories of all group members.

2017

The Swiss based private equity firm CAPVIS acquires the majority in Felss Group.

Felss builds the world's first automatic rotary swaging transfer system.

Felss Rotaform AG in Switzerland is founded and is the hour of founding of the Felss Group. Rotary swaged parts are available for the first time on a subcontract basis in Europe.

1998

Resulting from the constant increasing demand for the contract production of rotary swaging parts, new factory premises are built for Felss Rotaform GmbH in Bretten-Gölshausen.

Felss in Nesselwang

2005

The integration of Felss Burger GmbH in Nesselwang into the company group significantly strengthens the Felss Group. New group member Felss Burger develops and constructs machines and automated, highly-flexible manufacturing systems in forming.

2006

At the “Tube 2006” trade show, the new product series for axial machines is presented with Aximus V02. The name “Aximus” becomes a synonym for the forming of highly precise splines

2010

World premiere: the first fully automatic rotary swaging machine with no hydraulics as the drive medium is presented as Generation "e" and from now on symbolizes the constant development of Felss products and the introduction to a new system philosophy.

2013

The two mechanical engineering companies within the Felss Group, Felss Burger GmbH and Felss GmbH, join forces on January 18, 2013 by becoming one company. The new company bears the name Felss Systems GmbH.
Simultaneous introduction of the Felss values.

2017

The internationalization of the Felss Group progresses. Felss Rotaform S.R.O. is founded in Ilava/Slovakia.
