Compliance at Felss

Compliance with the law and with additional ethical standards and requirements defined by Felss itself form the guidelines for the conduct of each individual employee at Felss.

Management and employees are called upon to act with integrity at all times and to comply with applicable laws and regulations at all times. This is the only way we can maintain the good reputation of our international group of companies in the long term.

FELSS Code of Conduct

Felss established a compliance program several years ago. A key element of this is the FELSS Code of Conduct. This summarizes the basic rules that FELSS expects management and all employees to observe with regard to ethically impeccable conduct in business dealings worldwide. The Code of Conduct is available in the following languages: German, English, Chinese and Slovakian.
