Cost-efficient production of external splines and contours
Thanks to a patented system, the AFH machines offer a reduction of axial forces, allowing extremely thin-walled tubes to be splined. The AFH machines thus offer excellent tool durability with short cycle times for economical production. The machine can be optionally equipped with further stations, such as a de-oiling unit or multiple testing devices, or even be integrated into a transfer system. The systems in the product family are available with and without a mandrel apparatus to enable the precise production of thin-walled components. Component load can be either via the infeed unit or directly via a robot.
