Patented technology to produce internal and external splines
The Aximus H02 is used to form one or more high-precision internal and external spline systems on hollow or solid parts. A patented system reduces the axial forces, allowing you to tooth extremely thin-walled tubes. The AXIMUS H02 model is mainly used for components longer than 270 millimetres. The machine can be equipped with a six-piece tool changer, meaning you can for example, produce all of the splines for a transmission shaft in just one machine cycle.
