Felss FBC is the latest manufacturing technology for the production of high-tech products from strip material by forming, bending and punching e.g. for the production of flat wiper blades. Due to our patented bending process and the use of NC axes, our facility offers the highest quality in the most efficient production.

The system produces finished spring steel components with an extremely high output level – the material is wound off the coil at a rate of up to 40 meters a minute. Shortest change-over times also ensure that the downtimes of the system are as short as possible.

Typical applications: Single and double spline flat wiper blades.
