Special Award for Felss Rotaform US
The Felss Rotaform plant in New Berlin, Wisconsin, is excited to receive the special prize for outstandind employee commitment and culture of the “Manufacturer of the Year Awards”.
The winners of the prestigious Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Awards, for manufacturing excellence and two special categories, were announced at a festive banquet on February 20.
This is the second time that Felss Rotaform US has received an award – the last time in 2016, for outstanding achievements in manufacturing. This year, Felss Rotaform US was able to convince in the special category “Employee Commitment and Culture” and took home an award.
The annual program recognizes Wisconsin-based companies that are committed to business excellence, supporting their employees, and contributing to their communities. Companies were evaluated in areas such as financial growth or consistency, technological advances, product development, environmental solutions and sustainability, operational excellence and continuous improvement, employee engagement and effective research and development. The winners were selected by an independent jury.
