Due to the uninterrupted grain structure and the increased stability, components processed on Felss rotary swaging machines can be designed with extremely thin walls. As a result they are especially light and precise, thus enabling the greatest possible design freedom in construction.

Form and feed at the same time

The rotary swaging machines in the HA product family consist of two work areas – forming and feeding. The systems work using a hybrid drive system: the rotary swaging frequency is generated electrically, feed movements, on the other hand, are produced hydraulically. Various component sizes can be formed with the different machine types (HA16–HA120). For example, they can optionally be equipped with or without NC technology, or with an additional circulation system to produce steep transition angles at the ends and in the middle of a workpiece.
